Does Grief Counseling Therapy Work?

I provided grief counseling to a client who had experienced three significant losses in the span of a year, resulting in severe PTSD symptoms. After just three months of therapy, the client’s symptoms were reduced by 50%. Grief can be one of the most difficult experiences we go through. I have experienced it myself many times, so I can relate to my clients on a personal level. I know the pain they are feeling. But I also know that healing is possible. I believe a significant loss changes us, but we can learn to grow around the pain and create a new version of ourselves and our lives. It has become my passion to help my clients do this.
