Appointment Policy
- Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be rescheduled or asked to pay a late fee.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Payment Policy
- Deposit is due 24 hours before time of service.
- Payment is due in full before time of session.
- We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards.
- We do not offer insurance billing services.
Confidentiality
All information you share with your therapist is confidential.
We will not release your personal information to anyone without your written consent.
The only exceptions to this rule are if we are legally mandated to do so by a court order or subpoena, or if we believe that you are at risk of harming yourself or others.

Termination of Services
- You may terminate your services with us at any time.
- We may terminate your services if you are disruptive, violent, or abusive, or if you fail to comply with our policies.
