About Kathryn Grady
My name is Kathryne Grady, and I hold an MSW degree, with a specialization in interpersonal trauma and victimization. I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University with a concentration in mental health. I have over 5 years of experience in the field, working with children, adults, families, and vulnerable populations as an agent of change. I want to help others break barriers and eliminate the stigma associated with mental health.
My hope is to create a safe, trauma-focused environment, to assist individuals with gaining the tools they need to achieve their life goal actualizations. My methods are always strength-based, solution-focused, person-centered, humanistic, and trauma informed.
I am always eager and willing to expand my knowledge and continuously broaden my horizons on other therapeutic modalities and techniques.
